Adhesive tape (Chukoh tape)

AGF-101

  • Adhesive tape (Chukoh tape)
  • Fluororesin / Glass cloth based material
  • ROHS Directive

overview

This adhesive tape has fine irregularities on the surface of AGF-100 FR. The irregularities have significantly improved lowest friction, releasing ability, and abrasion resistance.

Applications

・For releasing zippers, gables, and stand-up pouches
・Used for pressing plates for cotton and nonwoven fabrics

Operating temperature limit

-60°C to +200°C

structure

Features

non-stick characteristics and releasing ability of the tape surface are approximately 2 to 3 times stronger than conventional products, and lowest friction has been improved by 10 to 20 percent.
●The 0.24mm thickness also improves abrasion resistance, and the product life after heat sealing is more than four times longer than that of AGF-100FR. (Compared to our other products)
●Excellent electric insulation, water repellent performance, Weatherability, and chemical resistance.
● Comply with Food Sanitation Act Amendment (enforced from June 1, 2020) in Japan as food apparatus, containers and packaging.
